Who needs an excuse to drink hot chocolate in this cold weather! However we will be doing some number work tomorrow with marshmallows, if we have any left
Well afternoon nursery were certainly busy little bees today. We enjoyed construction, music and PE! Well done everyone 👍Thank you for dressing your children up for Children in Need this week, they looked fantastic. We had PJs...Pudsey clothes...and gorgeous 80s outfits. We were so excited to meet Pudsey. We sang songs for him, and even had a cuddle. This half term Nursery are working with reception on a Pie Corbett version of The Enormous Turnip. We thought of actions to go with the story, and used pictures to remember the sequence of the story. We were excited to work with the reception children, and were very happy when Mrs Bennett said she was proud of us. We will continue this work until we are ready to perform the story in front of an audience.Back in nursery we re-told the story using pictures to help us.For the past two days the nursery children have been busy creating some beautiful Remembrance Day art, craft and cooking. We have also opened an afternoon nursery for our youngest nursery members. I am so happy with how well they are settling in and learning our routines.Welcome back to a new half term, I hope you all had a lovely week.
